Fendez-les en deux et quadrillez leur chair.<br> \u2022    Citronnez-les car les patates douces s\u2019oxydent tr\u00e8s vite.<br> \u2022    A l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau, badigeonnez les patates douces avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive aromatis\u00e9e.<br> \u2022    D\u00e9posez-les sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou dans un plat \u00e0 gratin. Puis, enfournez dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pour 40 mn de cuisson \u00e0 chaleur tournante.
